“When I paint, I try to capture the essence of the world I see. It is a spontaneous process where I use shapes and colors to express on canvas the beauty that stirs me. I choose subjects based on my emotional response and connection. In some sense, the subjects choose me. What motivates me to paint is my love of beauty, and the desire to create quality and to communicate with the viewers through my visual poems.”
